Agreement
By using this app you agree to these terms, offered by Sheep Game Studio. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they differ, these terms add to it.
The game
You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Puzzles, art, sounds and text belong to Sheep Game Studio or its licensors.
Rewards and items
Stamps, grass, outfits, hints, undos and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may change as the game is updated (without taking away paid items unless the law allows).
Purchases
· Prices are shown by the App Store and payment is made to Apple under Apple's terms. · Packs add hints, undos and, in some packs, team tickets to your stock. Hints and undos are used after the day's free ones on every board, including the daily pasture. A team ticket gives every member of today's pasture +1 shared hint. The starter pack can be bought once per player. · The ad-free pass is a 3-month (90-day) non-renewing subscription: it does not renew automatically, and buying it again adds another 3 months on top of the time left. While it is active, every video reward is claimed directly without watching a video, with the same daily limits as the video, and you get a supporter badge. · Purchases are tied to your game account. "Restore purchases" works on the same game account (which follows your iCloud Keychain across reinstalls and devices where iCloud Keychain is on), not just on the same Apple ID. After you delete your data a new account is created and earlier purchases, including the ad-free pass, cannot be restored to it. · Tips give no items, only a supporter badge. · Items are added after our server verifies the purchase with Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and by the laws of your country; if a purchase is refunded, its items are removed. · Deleting your save data also deletes purchased hints, undos and team tickets in stock, and the ad-free pass cannot be restored afterwards.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, interfere with the service or other players, or use names that are offensive or impersonate others. We may reset rewards, rename pastures or suspend accounts that break these rules.
User content
Pasture and shepherd names are the only content players create. Objectionable, hateful, sexual, violent or political content, advertising and personal contact details are not allowed, and names are filtered automatically. In the pasture member list you can report a name or block a player; blocked players' names are hidden from you and they cannot join your pastures by invite. We review reports and remove offending names, and may suspend repeat offenders. To report objectionable content or ask us to act, email: albert@sheepgame.online
Ads
Watching ads is optional. A reward is given only after a video finishes and our server confirms it. With the ad-free pass the same rewards are claimed without a video.
Availability
The game is provided "as is". Online features may be interrupted or changed, and we may end the service with notice in the app. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost game data.
