Who we are
This app is operated by Sheep Game Studio ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact: albert@sheepgame.online
What we collect
· Game data: level progress, stamps, grass, outfits, hints and undos in stock, daily-puzzle results and settings. · Purchases: when you buy something, Apple sends our server a signed receipt (product, transaction ID, date). It is linked only to your random account ID. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your Apple ID or card details. · Pastures: the pasture and shepherd names you type, which players share a pasture with you, and reports or blocks you make. · A random account ID and key created by the app. There is no sign-in; we never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location. · Region and time: the country of your App Store account (to pick holidays and postcards) and your time zone (to know when a new day starts). · Age category: where the law requires it (for example Texas), the app asks iOS for the age range your device shares (Apple's Declared Age Range): only a category such as under 13, 13–15, 16–17 or 18+, never your birth date. It is used to show age-appropriate ads, to hide custom pasture and shepherd names for players under 13, and to handle parental consent. It is stored with your anonymous account and deleted with it. · Anonymous gameplay statistics, such as which levels are played, how many hints or undos are used and whether a level is left unfinished, used to balance the game. · Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with your game data.
Why we use it
To save and restore your progress, deliver what you buy, run daily puzzles and shared pastures, give ad rewards, review reported names, prevent cheating and abuse, balance the game and keep the service working. We do not sell your data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Advertising
Optional rewarded videos are served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage data (such as IP address and ad interactions) to show and measure ads. Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when iOS asks, and never for players whose device reports an age under 18; you can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where it is stored
Your game data is stored on Cloudflare servers, which may be outside your country, and your account key is kept in the iOS Keychain on your device so a reinstall can find your progress. Data is protected in transit with HTTPS.
How long we keep it
We keep your game data while you play. You can delete it at any time in Settings & help → Save data; this removes your account, progress, items in stock and purchase records from our server. Purchased hints, undos and team tickets are lost with it. Purchases are tied to your game account: "Restore purchases" works on the same game account (which follows your iCloud Keychain across reinstalls and devices where iCloud Keychain is on), but after you delete your data a new account is created and earlier purchases, including the ad-free pass, cannot be restored to it. Reports about pasture names are kept only as long as needed to review them.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Where the law requires parental consent for minors and a parent withdraws it through Apple, the app can no longer be opened until consent is given again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example Japan, Korea, Singapore, the US or the EU), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Most of this can be done in the app; for anything else, email: albert@sheepgame.online

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and show the new version in the app.
